I'm a big fan of the Crockpot. I rediscovered it last year. It is the perfect cooking companion for a writer on deadline. I've found you can sear a chicken breast, throw it in the Crockpot, top it off with a few other things and Volia! dinner delish. :) CrockPot Curry...
