That’s right, my laptop has been returned to me. It isn’t completely up and running, but I am at least able to use it to surf the Internet and check email. And it came back with a nice big hard drive and a zippy new speed. Wow! I am tres happy–or will be once all my programs are loaded back on. I have done NO writing (a little plotting though) because it would be just too big a pain to transfer everything–and it just didn’t feel right. You know? I was able to finish my edits for Guardian’s Keep and send it off last week–3 months ahead of deadline. So, I was not a total slug.
Anyway, my plan is to get started Monday. Sunday I’m going to a plotting party with a few friends–then Monday (assuming the DH gets everything back on my laptop) I’ll be ready to dive in.
