I've never read a romance book with a mummy in it. I think that'd be tough to make a romance story out of. LOL I'd like to see more romances about selkies like Pam mentioned.

I haven't read any books by Kelly Armstrong yet but have a few on my TBB list. I like Christine Feehan and MaryJanice Davidson.

I believe those would be zombies. I've seen movies with zombies in them, but none in books so far.

Hi Laura. I already have Kristina's book in my TBR, but wanted to answer anyway. I love reading romances about merfolk and sea creatures, but rarely find any about selkies. I like reading the few I've found over the years because their is that decision to be made - will the selkie be able to give up his/her love of the sea to live on land.

After much thought and consideration :)...it is a tie for me between two creatures/beings...A)I believe that dragons are underutilized. I love dragons. Dragonheart, with Sean Connery as the voice of the dragon, is one of my favorite movies. However, I have not been able to find any good books with dragons. Any recommendations? B) My second choice for underutilized creatures/beings would be ghosts or spirits. I enjoy watching television shows where ghosts interact with humans, but have not read or been able to find that many books which portray these interactions. Maybe I am just looking in the wrong place because I am not entirely familiar with paranormals. Again I would welcome recommendations.
